Rattlesnake Gulch GE image geologic map rattlesnake gulch
Most of the oldest geological formation map units and their erosion susceptibility are apparent in this view. Weber Quartzite, IPw, Park City Formation, Ppc, Thaynes Formation massive limestone beds, TRt, are cliff-formers. Woodside Shale, TRw, and Ankareh Formation, TRa are mainly slope-formers. Map Units Iron-stained, crushed, and folded Weber Quartzite are evidence of a thrust fault. Fault Evidence
